  I once left a pokemon in a gym in 2019 and then stopped playing because no one plays in my town. <br>I returned 3 years later in 2022 and the pokemon was still in the gym

  Honestly if you&apos;ve ever done a remote raid, you have technically spoofed. Difference is it is monetized.

  My take on cheating is that no one cheats more than Niantic. They set arbitrary rules, false and punishing limitations, and their terms of service is awful. Niantic also despises its own gamers and community (I’m talking generally, not every employee). Niantic are the biggest cheaters in this game.

  It’s 99.9999% money, remote raid passes add up super quick. &nbsp;Cuz most of us are lazy, friends across town, etc, and when you need 20+ people to do a big max raid in a fairly low support town.

  pretty sure most spoofers won’t exist if remote raids were as cheap as premium raids, or atleast allow international trade. the sidewalks in my city is terrible to play when you can’t focus on the road while catching pokemon

  Increased spawns in rural areas makes so much sense. One would guess that you&apos;d have more Pokémon in places where there are less people or that are more natural

  As someone who lives in a semi-rural area, I think two things that Niantic could do would be to 1. Allow players to suggest gyms and pokéstops at a lower level so that newer players can suggest stops and gyms to increase them in their own area, and 2. Prioritize reviewing the pokéstop contributions that are in rural areas so they could potentially be approved sooner, allowing rural players gain points of interest more quickly.

  Spoofers literally saved the game during Covid with all the discord and Facebook channels they started keeping the community alive
