  Part of my family are pentecostal. I brought my husband to the first family event, as my dad starts praying for the meal, half of my family also start praying out loud. My husband was looking around, like where did you bring me.

  John first and foremost I want to thank you for taking the time to come and visit SPHC. I was one of those portraying the disciples. &nbsp;During Easter time our church presents an Easter Drama. Let me tell you it is very moving.<br>Pastor Penny is an amazing man of God. I was raised Baptist but from the first time i set foot in this church, i knew I was right where I belonged. The love that these people have for not only the Lord but also for the community is truly unbelievably. I know you guys seen that first hand. Those &quot;rusted&quot; church vans lol, &nbsp;that you spoke of bring close to 200 kids to church every Wednesday night where we feed them both physically and spiritually. <br>Again I do hope the next time, if you visit this little &quot;Wrangler&quot; town 😊😂; that you stop back in for another visit.<br>Stay safe and God bless!<br><br>Oh by the way we have a female children&apos;s &nbsp;pastor now. 😂😂

  Not Pentecostal in the least bit but you can tell that’s a God fearing church. &nbsp;I love how y’all have fun visiting churches and poking fun without being mean. &nbsp;This is a great series!

  I love how Shama and John&apos;s regular conversations are just them dropping jokes continuously 😂 Like nobody&apos;s business. Their wit is so quick. Just happens so naturally LOL

  These church visits have been the best! &nbsp;The church being made up of so many people and their individual traditions, we deserve to look a little and laugh. We are a peculiar people and shouldn’t be offended at poking fun at ourselves. We then be amazed and grateful that a Holy God chooses such a group!

  I grew up Penticostal and Church of God. You did not get the true experience. That morning, sorry. They are amazing people, Godly and Full of spirit. You would have been touched to your core with the right service.❤️ Much love .

  My kids and I move watching this series. &nbsp; I think many times Christians get so stuck in the mud that we forget laughter is a part of life. &nbsp; I feel like that is why so many people have left the typical type of church. &nbsp;Doing things the same way as you did 20 years ago does not keep people coming to church. &nbsp; Thank you for the laughter, and maybe it will bring some people back to church.

  I love this series! As a christian in India, it is so refreshing to see what western churches really look like and not only what we see on tv!
