  No Christian should EVER utter the words “protect my peace”. <br> <br>The Lord is our Shepherd and He is present with us in all of our circumstances. <br> <br>Peace is not dependent on situations. <br> <br>Peace comes from abiding in His presence. He loves you and laid His life down for you and you are safe with Him in both sunshine and suffering.

  Starts with panic, to fear and brings control. If I can recognize the panic when it starts, I can avoid the rest. Problem being it’s hard not to react in panic.

  Thank you so much for the book. You just published today Lysa it is so good. Definitely the icing on the cake and the most amazing helps for the journey at this point I started with boundaries and figured out issues with codependency surviving an unwanted divorce at this point dwelling into my childhood dysfunctional addiction home grandparents home as well and now I am on the journey to recognize behaviors that I have learned and how wanting to control my world today because of that survival instinct from my childhood this book is so on time thank you so much Sis this point in the journey is where life starts feeling much better. It still takes time but the unburdening and giving it back to Jesus and resting in him is so very sweet. Getting back to my true self and my identity in the Lord Jesus Christ. What a precious Savior we have!!

  My control tendency… <br>Wanting my daughters to know and follow Jesus like me… they have to have their own faith journey… but it’s so hard watching them go down their own “look like the world” path! <br>And I’m the unrealistic optimistic expectations kind of gal… 🙋🏼‍♀️

  Where can I find all of these that they read through to see if it was something we could relate to or not? Is it a PDF somewhere?
