Du kennst Heatmap, Orderflow & GEX – aber hast du eine Strategie?

Heatmap, order flow, volume profile, VWAP, GEX, VSA, MFI, compressions, rejections… Many traders eventually become familiar with an incredible number of concepts and tools. But that doesn't automatically translate into a functioning trading strategy. In this video, I discuss what I consider the difference between trading knowledge, a setup, and a genuine decision-making process. Just because you recognize a compression or know how a heatmap works doesn't answer the following questions: When can you trade that setup? Where does it need to appear? What is your specific trigger? And when is your idea objectively wrong? These are precisely the questions that form the basis of a complete trading process for me. Because just because you recognize a compression or know how a heatmap works doesn't mean: When can you trade that setup? Where does it need to appear? What is your specific trigger? And when is your idea objectively wrong? For me, these are the very questions that form the foundation of a complete trading process. The video covers topics including: • why a concept is not yet a strategy • why tools like heatmaps or order flows are not ready-made setups • the difference between context, location, and triggers • why the same structure can be evaluated completely differently depending on the market environment • why many traders only see an entry and then look for justifications • how confirmation seeking arises in trading • why invalidation is just as important as the entry • why good rules primarily filter out trades • how a robust process can emerge from a setup through evaluation • why you don't need a new strategy every week My basic model consists of: Context → Location → Trigger → Validation → Evaluation The individual tools perform different tasks within this model. GEX can provide context or relevant price ranges. Volume Profile helps in classifying acceptance and market structure. Heatmaps and order flows can help with the actual reaction at the price level. VWAP can provide a location. VSA and MFI can provide additional information about volume and movement quality. But none of these tools is a complete strategy on its own. The crucial point is how they consistently lead to the same, comprehensible decision. Because a lot of knowledge doesn't automatically make you a better trader. Only a repeatable decision-making process transforms knowledge into a strategy. This is not investment advice. Trading involves significant risks. #TradingStrategy #Orderflow #Heatmap #FuturesTrading #NasdaqTrading #LearnTrading #DayTrading
