Vintage Oaks has been one of our favorites in the New Braunfels, Texas area. What's your favorite New Braunfels areas and why?

You forgot to mention the current "water issues". The issue that is plaguing Comal County, New Braunfels and the entire Hill Country. Canyon lake Water System, the supplier of water to Vintage Oaks, in the last few months put a stop on nine new subdivisions breaking ground in Comal and Blanco county because it could not provide water to those new subdivisions. I believe the issue of water falls under the patent defect clause and must be disclosed to buyers. We looked at Vintage Oaks and Meyers Ranch two years ago when it was under stage 4 water restrictions and builders were struggling then with getting new permits and were not allowing yards to be sodded because of water shortages. Since then, our water issues have grown more serious. In fact, the state of Texas has now passed a multi-billion dollar bill to address our deepening water crisis which they had claimed for years was a hoax. Canyon lake has already closed it's boat ramps and are down to two, after the deadly floods earlier this year that temporarily helped water levels rise a foot or so. In the sprit of full discloser perhaps you should include this discussion in your videos. BTW: That Lazy River may come in handy when the water runs out.
