  Ok video idea: reverse questionnaire. Instead of him asking us random questions we ask him random questions. But the kicker is we don’t know what the questions he is answering are. Like so uncle rift can see

  My best guess for that white cream kind of sauce: it might be Tzatziki, which is usually served as a dip, soup or sauce and is made of strained or diluted yogurt, mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil, sometimes with vinegar or lemon juice, and herbs such as dill, mint, parsley and thyme.

  Much love from Lebanon! Long time subscriber 😊 🇱🇧<br>I feel cultural pride watching this and very happy that you like it! To clarify some of the questions you had:<br>- The Falafel sauce is called Tarator and it&apos;s made from Tahini, lemon, water, and salt. <br>- The Falafel itself looks green and it should be a lighter brown on the inside! It&apos;s supposed to be made from Fava beans, Chickpeas, and spices, then fried. They probably added parsley to it which is not traditional.<br>- The Falafel is meant to be eaten in an Arabic bread sandwich with all fresh parsley, tomato, radish, and Tarator. If you eat things separately, some of the flavors will overpower your palate.<br>- Beef Shawarma is made from cow, not lamb. Lamb is too fatty! And never to be eaten with rice because it has mild spices and the rice would just wash it out.<br>- Stuffed grape leaves are normally vegan. Stuffed with rice, carrots, chickpeas, parsley, onion, tomato, and olive oil. We eat it for Lent.<br>- Baklava is indeed heavy but it&apos;s usually made in small bite-size pieces so we don&apos;t overdose on it 😁<br>Sa7tein Ephemeral Rift! (That means I wish you 2 healths!)

  Pretty sure that white sauce was Tzatziki sauce, if so, its yogurt, garlic and cucumber!

  for future cuisine reference, tahini is sesame seed based, while hummus is chickpea based! i love falafal, and everything looks delicious :)
