Honestly, this wasn't a bad movie, the logic actually made sense and the songs were great and the visuals were kinda okay and I think it's a good movie for it's time.

Shaapit is a rare childhood gem. It has a really fine story and an excellent screenplay. I remember being absolutely scared shitless when i saw the library scene. The movie never tries to remain confined to a particular location nor does it (imo) overuse the cliche of 1,2,3 queue random jumpscare. The story also has a lot of emotional depth. Overall I HEAVILY disagree with the suggestions of "remaking" this movie since it would be collectively inhumane to sit through another param sundari. This is just my opinion so please feel free to share your thoughts.

Aditya Narayan looks like if Mahesh Babu was a Korean actor.

I watched it in the theatre after giving my tenth board exams in 2010 and not gonna lie but the revelation of the ghost's backstory gave me chills

I was Shit Scared when I saw the movie for the first time in 2012 on B4U Movies, I was 10. They had the plot and Characters fucked up on the Screenplay level. Someone Should Rewrite and Remake this.
