  He was never ashamed of who he was and how he was made. That's what got him through the hard times for his long span of life and career.

  Michael Jackson bought the ATV catalog and gave Little Richard back his publishing.

  He was a force of nature!  By 1991, he was performing again at the New Orleans Jazz Festival. I'd kind of suspected that this "minister" phase wouldn't last. I was lucky enough to see him quite close up, performing all his greatest hits. What a show he put on at age 59! He says here in 1984 that he couldn't throw his leg up like Tina Turner, but at 59 he was amazing. The heat that day was intense, and he was completely drenched half way through, but workin' it like he always did!  Almost broke that Baby Grand up there!  I remember leaving the field exhausted, but on a musical high that lasted a long time. We were so lucky to have a rare gem like him, and I'm so glad we have film footage of a lot of his performances.

  I loved to see Little Richard perform and he was a genius on that piano! But I am so very happy that he got his life together with the help of the Lord, GLORY!!!❤

  Saved and sanctified:   a gentleman and a scholar:  can't overestimate the Creative mind behind an entire genre of music:  Praise God  for this nuclear radiance in this dark world.
