I teach kids about emotional regulation and often use Star Wars I love that she does it with adults. To me Pema is my Obi Wan of Buddhism ❤

Pema is very much like Yoda. Outwardly she appears elderly and frail. Then you listen to her speak and quickly realize there's a great power hidden there. 🙏
