  I used to be Protestant. This year I became Catholic. The Virgin Mary is still something I haven't completely resolved for me. Yes, I believe, I pray the rosary sometimes... But there's still something missing. This New Year's Eve I'm going to Medjugorje. Hopefully I'll get some answers.

  Medjugorje must be a special place, it is credited with many conversion stories. Fr. Beard's priesthood may have been cut short by his untimely death but his homilies will live on forever, he was Heaven's salesman of the month, every month, that was his purpose, to help us all improve our chances of obtaining our eternal reward. He passionately poured out his blood, sweat and tears with every homily for us. Medjugorje is a special place and Fr. Beard was a special priest.

  I can't explain why I am so interested in listening to Fr. Beard over and over again... I was going to write to him... when I found out he had passed away a year ago... This morning I was in desperate need of some important papers... I asked him to help me find those papers if he needed my prayers... I had not finished making my request when I saw the missing papers I had been searching for all morning...I love the way he speaks... God speaks through him.

  I'm STILL having a HARD time getting over his death.......just can't wrap my head around it.....we need priests like him SOOOOOO badly !!!

  I also got sent to Medjugorje by my Catholic Wife;  that was 1990; I got baptized Catholic 1991,  just turned 75 and of all the Gifts my Wife has given me(7children all C-sections). my Faith is the best Gift of all; thank YOU, Blessed Mother, thank You, JESUS!  The Catholic Mass gives a whole 'mother meaning to give us this day our DAILY. BREAD!  The meaning Jesus had when HE taught us this prayer!!!

  I never heard of him until his death. For some reason I feel a connection with him. He said yes to God n to the Blessed Mother.  Fr. Mark, pray for us! ❤

  Thank you whoever posted this, I love Father Mark, prsy daily for him in my rosary. I hope Our Lady sends us another Father Mark or a thousand. His homilies are beautiful. RIP Father Mark

  I was able to wander through YouTube and find this priest doing a homily. I listened to a few of his homilies before his early death. In just listening to him for 5 minutes, I felt the true blessing of God in his heart and soul. Thank you for posting the conversion of his life to our Lord. He lived a full, entertaining life and realized he belonged to Jesus Christ, a true blessing. I thank him for having touched my life with his faith, prayers, and love 🙏💜.
