In Lithuania we still call Poland "Lenkija" (Lechia), because our early state had most contacts with lechs, while western Europe - with polians, thus Poland.

Hey one thing: west slavic are made out of Poles (Kashubians), Czechs (Moravians) and Slovaks, but don’t forget our brothers from the other side of river - Lusatian (Sorbs) that are still living in eastern Germany. Some of them still speak their two distinct languages, keep tradtions, use serbo-lusatian flag. Some towns and villages in east Germany have two names and serbo-lusatians have their own schools, theaters, bookshops, museums and cultural institutions.

As a native speaker of the Polish language, I'm amazed by your good spelling of Polish words.
But some editor notes:
3:00 The dynasty that the Piasts defeated was probably the Popiel dynasty. According to legend, the last ruler of this dynasty, Popiel, and his wife killed all their relatives during a banquet in their castle. After that, the smell of flesh attracted mice to the tower, and Popiel and his wife were eaten by them.
4:45 In this year (1025) we have in Poland a celebration of 1000 years of coronation of Bolesław Chrobry
5:18 You wrongly wrote her name - it's not "Swietosława" but "Świętosława".
5:59 His full name was "Mieszko II Lambert"
6:15 After Mieszko II's abdication, his older brother Bezprym became ruler of Poland. He ruled between 1031 and 1032, when he was killed. Bolesław Zapomniany, if he was real, probably ruled from 1034, not 1031. Also, Bolesław Zapomniany was not forgotten because he supported the pagan reaction (that was probably Bezprym), but simply because he was a very poor ruler.
And he definitely couldn’t have been king, because in 1031 Bezprym sent the Polish regalia to Germany.
7:19 Bolesław II had two nicknames – "Śmiały" (the Bold), because he killed the Bishop of Kraków, Stanisław ze Szczepana (which led to him being forced to leave the country). He is also known as Bolesław II Szczodry (the Generous), due to a legend that when he received a large gift, a poor cleric sighed. Bolesław noticed and told him to take as much gold as he could carry. The cleric took so much that he died from the weight.
7:25 Full name of Władisław was a "Władysław I Herman"
8:08 Bolesław III's nickname was Krzywousty (the Wrymouth). He with his older brother Zbigniew, co-ruled Poland at the end of thier father's life. After death of Władysław Herman he still coruled with Zbigniew, but in 1107, he captured and tried to blind him, but accidentally caused his death.
8:23 You buther his name ;( You unnecessarily say "sz" insted "s" ont the end of the name.
8:49 Władysław I Łokietek (the Elbow-high). It's worth mentioning a funny coincidence with the Carolingians: the father of Charles the Great was Pepin the Short. Similarly, the son of Władysław Łokietek was Karzimierz Wielki (the Great). So in both cases, the son of a short king became a great one. D
12:00 It's worthly mention that Jadwiga it not only women that ruled Poland, but aslo only polish monarch that is saint. She was canonized in 1997 by pope Jan Paweł II.
13:40 Władysław III is know ad Władysław III Warneńczyk (of Warna). Aslo he was king of Hungary between 1440-1444.
14:50 Zygmunt Stary (the Old) is called "the Old" not because of his age, but because from 1530 he co-ruled Poland with his son, Zygmunt August. Since there were two kings named Zygmunt, people referred to the older one as Zygmunt Stary.
15:37 Not "Lowlin", but Lublin ;P
17:49 If we saing bad thing that happen to Poland during the reign of Jan Kazimierz Waza we must say about swedish delegue (potop szwedzki), that totally destroy Poland. 1/3 of Polish population died, and half of county was anihilated.
22:47 Poland became republic in 1989, but Lithuania become independet in march 1990, and this happen before USSR colapsed in december 1991.

I was taught a bit different. You see, the lands where Poland was were basically forests, not fields. And in the forests there were meadows (polana in Polish). So, Polanie were the peoples living in the meadows of the forests.

IMHO it is worth noting that there was a bloody war in Poland starting about 1382. Two Greaters Polands main factions did most of the fighting. One supported Sigismund of Luxemburg and the other Siemowit IV of Mazovia, which meant association with the Empire or the Teutons. In the meantime the third faction, mainly from Lesser Poland, wanted to stay more independent from the western powers... So they crowned Jadwiga as the legit King of Poland. As Jadwiga was too young and a woman they arranged a marriage with Jogaiła to strengthen the crown and have someone who can easily opose the other two factions on their side. Jogaiła who just won his own civil war in Lithuania, was the most powerful and locally invested ruler of the region as he was already sceptical of the rising in power Teutons. Jogaiła was his balt name so being crowned he took a polish name: Władysław.
