Pigs dropped brown mushrooms as a reference to their truffle foraging skills irl, though these days people use dogs because they're less likely to eat the truffles. Truffle foraging is still the main use for pigs in Stardew Valley.

I am one of the ones who think it would be cool to have bedrock fog back in the game, even better if it was a toggleable option. Imagine going through an ancient city with bedrock fog

honestly I'm surprised the fire block/chainmail crafting and void fog are that low, I thought it was pretty well known. Guess I'm just old

Starting with the very first one, kids these days don't know how good they have it. I remember always having to take a sword or axe to bed because there was a chance you didn't sleep through the night.

It is now easier to get bonemeal though since the addition of composters. No more throwing stacks of wheat seeds into lava to get rid of them, just compost them for some bonemeal. Still not as efficient as 1 bonemeal for full growth but it's still better than needing to farm skeletons

Protection was based on the armor durability, so because the diamond armor has so much durability, it protected you from more damage for longe, while when the leather armor took a few damages, it would've just been pointless.

You know, it kinda bugs me that they took out the interaction where frogs eat fireflies but still have the interaction where rabbits eat carrots
