  My theoretical understanding from the video,<br><br>Few thought statements and the feel behind it can be... <br><br>I loved my breakfast - Joy<br>I loved my breakfast.. wish to have the same tomorrow - desire for pleasure.<br>I love my mother. - Joy with no desire or expectations.<br>I am so very loved. - pride and desire to maintain that pride.<br>I love my mother, but her outspoken nature of hers irritates me at times. - Joy corrupted by an illusory problem created by self-centred thought.<br>I love my mother. She is very bold and outspoken. - Joy and acceptance.<br>I love my mother, but I do argue with her at times which is to be corrected. - again Joy corrupted by illusory problem created by self-centred thought.<br>I loved my son/daughter/dog/cat/friend/..., but he or she or it hates me. - genuineness lost out of generic thought that love is supposed to be reciprocated and thus creating expectations to recieve something by giving love, thus making it artificial to an extent.<br>I love all including those who did wrong by me enough to call them out on it to show them the truth and also to let go of them to find their own path when they don&apos;t see the truth while still taking a stand for the truth. - unconditional love with no expectations.<br><br>Words sometimes feel insufficient to express and to understand. Similarly sometimes memories too seem insufficient to genuinely see or approach people, because humans have so many complex combinations and permutations of developed thought system built-in. Probably that is why, Krishnamurti says Love is beyond thought and is beyond the known and is independent of thought.<br><br>&quot;Thought has it&apos;s own place.&quot;- when we see something with &apos;I don&apos;t know, let us see&apos; eyes and if our mind brings up what we learnt from past experience (known) which had been similar to the &nbsp;present experience, then we can think by seeing both as it is before jumping to conclusions of assumed illusory similarity and thus discouraging wrong thought patterns... Thus the thought process can be fine tuned as such.
