Along Ventura Blvd there's several stores that have English, Persian, and Hebrew writing on their signs and windows.

The Persian Jews in Kew Gardens have mostly moved elsewhere, particularly to Great Neck. The Sefardi synagogue, which was mostly Persian, was sold to a yeshiva that caters mostly to the Bukharian community.

Jews did Not flee Iran empty handed, they were informed of what were happening and they cashed out and left Iran with lots of money .

This clip reminds memany years ago, in a city in SoCal. I entered a ladies hairdresser. On one of the walls i saw a tiny strip of paper with a phrase in Hebrew from the Jewish Bible -"Shma Israel" etc. I was stunned. I asked the hairdresser if she understood the meaning of this phrase. She nodded. I told her I'm from Israel. We had a long talk, and when I visited there, she was my hairdresser. Thank you for this reminder, Jews are everywhere, the contribute to the country in which they live. Always!🧿
