  Girls, we need to talk about the BTS effect on perimenopause! 😭 I was 8 months without a period, went to their concert, and my hormones went so wild that everything started all over again. Turns out, I&apos;m not the only one—it&apos;s a massive thing among us. Bye-bye innocence, these boys literally drove us crazy! 💜

  1 year of content? Girl, more like 5 or 6. 😂 Run BTS is their variety show - Games, etc. over 150 episodes. They also have a travel show called Bon Voyage which switched to a Staycation show during pandemic called In the Soop and then there’s their YouTube channel which posted Bangtan Bombs almost daily early on, music videos, dance practices, performance videos, award show performances and dance challenges. They’ve also made documentaries and there is live concert content and livestreams. The content is endless.

  Suga actually can dance pretty well but he’s had a shoulder injury from a car accident for 8 years since 2012 where he didn’t tell anyone until he finally got surgery in 2020

  This particular dance practice video was for an awards show (when they wear their name tags on their chest- its to help cameraman), typically for awards shows BTS does an extra dance break or extra production choreo scenes. They are absolutely amazing and put on such incredible and memorable performances. BTS happen to be the first artists to bring large amounts of back up dancers to help make their scenes more dynamic during these sorts of performances. BTS very early on were known to be incredibly powerful performers, whether it was with their synchronicity, acrobatics, or dynamics. They always have memorable sets. Add to the fact that only 2 of the 7 came from a dance background, they all put immense amount of time practicing and rehearsing.<br><br>From the beginning up until 2022, their performance director/choreographer was Son Sung-deok. As their performance director, he would either make his own choreography or would find other creatives/choreographers and then teach the members the routine. As the group began to grow the members during practices very much give input on the routines and change or tweak things that they believe can be better executed. So the members (especially the dance line) tend to be more vocal with inserting recommendations and being involved with the routines. Son Sung-deok has transitioned over the the Hybe America branch in the states as an executive director and worked directly with Katseye during their formation. <br><br>BTS now has a larger arsenal of performance directors, though I don&apos;t know much more about the newer team. Some mentionable Choreographers BTS has worked with have been Brian Puspos, Sienna Lalau, and Nick Joseph... those are just some names off the top of my head.
