Honestly, SUCH a helpful and important video in this day and age. Because you’re so right, genuinely every day one can go online and be inundated with „THIS is the hack you’ve always been looking for“, and for virtually any area of life, really! And our nervous system isn’t equipped to handle this inundation. So having THIS video as the ultimate „return-to“, when things feel overwhelming again - thank you thank you thank you 😌🙏🦋🌹
