Used to be 260lbs. I'm now about 130lbs. All by eating healthy and working out, CONSISTENTLY! No medical surgeries or pills. I feel fkng fantastic!

Honestly the best weight loss routine is to watch this show 30min a day 5-6x a week. Every time I had a craving I watched the show and instantly I wasn’t “hungry” anymore.

300 lbs is extreme. This show helps me understand the power of denial. This woman stood on the scale and said “ At least it’s not more extreme,” when she weighed in at 632.
