  From a Muslim perspective, gender is understood as something given by God, and believers are encouraged to honour and live according to that divine designation. There are also exceptional cases, such as “hermaphrodite” intersex individuals, which are acknowledged, and ultimately God knows best.<br><br> At the same time, Muslims are taught not to harm or attack people because of their sins or personal circumstances. The emphasis is rather on strengthening positive male and female role models, which are seen as aligned with the fitrah (natural disposition) and as a form of moral and social stability.<br><br><br>Above all, we highly respect privacy and strictly discourage accusing others of sins without clear proof. In Islam, suspicion itself is also forbidden, and people are warned against engaging in unfounded assumptions about others.
