  I just picked up a 2014 Clipper Coachman 17 footer for $2k from the old lady next door. Never had one before but for 2k I don&apos;t think I can lose. $7k for a fridge? I&apos;m retrofitting a $100 fridge into that space. 😂😂

  @FlyingWheels I&apos;m an RV buyer at the world&apos;s largest RV retailer, and you&apos;re spot on. Funny enough I have an opportunity to snag a Nemar London Aire that was repo&apos;d. Also have a &nbsp;pristine &apos;23 Crosstrail 20bh on a ford transit chassis like the one at the auction you mentioned. Crazy how many folks are trying to dump their RVs rn.. Everyone upside down and the market is garbage.. these things rot away so quick if they arent kept in covered storage..

  My next door neighbor here in Ky bought a brand new hold over 4 years ago.. He’s got it pulled out in his back yard right now redoing the entire floor already. Not just the covering… the ENTIRE floor.. It’s insane!!!

  We bough a small travel trailer in 2020 right at the beginning of Covid and fell in love with bring. &nbsp;But I researched and waited till I retired army and bought a used precovid RV cash. &nbsp;Bought simple, no bells/whistles and even full time traveling the country. &nbsp;I love this lifestyle. &nbsp;This past summer was expensive due to gas but I was still ok. Low monthly expenses and 0 debt. &nbsp;Buy a solid even, check for water damage and ensure appliances work. &nbsp;These are depreciating assets and not financial investment, but an investment in a wonderful lifestyle

  Something I was surprised hasn&apos;t tanked yet was tractor prices. So many were bought during covid and the used market is rock solid.
