  I met her a few times in the late 90’s when I was modeling. She has a powerful energy and presence. But I admit that I loved her style and that the saying that you should never meet your idols is true. She scared the shit out of me

  in 5th grade we were asked to write about a song we liked. &nbsp;i picked Miss World. &nbsp;<br>the music teacher went to my mom, concerned about what i was being allowed to listen to.<br>she defended me and the fact she raised me on college radio and MTV during the grunge era.<br>she did refuse to bring me to lollapalooza in 1995 tho ;( i was 12 lol

  Saw her in 1994 on her tour with NIN and Marilyn Manson. Came to the show as a NIN and MM fan, left as a Courtney Love fan. She simply upstaged those dudes... blew them out of the water. Her stage presence was raw power.

  Courtney Love has really become one of my “pillars” during my 20’s. I’ve been called all sorts of off-putting and wrong growing up and I used to try and hide it to be likable but I always felt frustrated, angry, suffocated. Every now and then when something knocks me down I listen to her music to gather my strength.

  I love CL. In my mind, we are besties. I didn’t know that her wedding dress, belonged to Francis Farmer. KC (R.I.P.) wrote a song about her.

  Did you view her recent appearance on Bella Frueds channel Fashion Nuerosis. Its great hearing her talk about her beautifull fashion in the 90s.

  Hole concerts in fairly small venues and later Lalapalooza are extremely vivid memories for me. I wish I still had my concert loot from those days!! ❤

  I’m so glad you did a video on Courtney Love. I was hoping you would eventually because her style especially in the 90s is so iconic. Also Live Through This is one of my favorite albums.
