I’m sorry. You never deserved to feel unsafe, and like your basic needs wouldn’t get met. To anyone reading this, from the bottom of my heart, I am deeply sorry for the all of the pain. For waking up with nightmares, shaking, scared that you will get attacked. For walking down the streets constantly on high alert. You deserve the utmost respect, love, and safety. Please give yourself what you deserve now❤️ I love you.

I listened to this repeatedly during a rough part of my spiritual awakening. Now that I am past that, it brings back such comforting memories, like I was a baby being coddled by the melodies to feel safe. Thank you for this. 🙏

I just had a spontaneous root and sacral chakra healing two days ago. Not much in my life out of the ordinary, I’ve been working on this and praying and releasing so much these last couple years, but a lot of work done through 17 years of sobriety and recovery. Woke up yesterday morning and felt a sense of well-being which hasn’t been there For years, decades is more like it. I could feel it in my roots and in my sacral chakra just such a feeling of “I am OK. All is well. I am supported by the universe“ rather than the normal sense of dread and anxiety, and utter exhaustion, which has followed me around for most of my adult life. Especially since losing everything to lime disease in 2010.

Really feels like the end of such a deep, dark night of the soul. So grateful!
