  This interview solidifies why I love Bill Burr.  He is often the comic I search for when I want to lighten the stressors of life.  Love how he talks about his kids.  Saw him in Portland, OR with my hubby last year :-)

  The fact Bill thought landing at Fenway in a helicopter would have been an asshole move vs a rockstar move says everything about the guy and how humble he is ❤

  bill burr is a legend. man went largely unnoticed for most of his career and just blew up in the last few years despite him being consistently funny his whole career. he has put in the time, done the hard work and got rewarded for it in the end. also a truly independent thinker, he doesnt go all in on the culture war crap or chase an audience like other weaker comics have after covid. great dude

  I love Bill having the artistic integrity to not milk the life out of his Philly incident. Someone like Bert Kreischer would’ve become the “Ill roast your city!” guy and would still be focusing on it constantly
