Kind of funny how he initially said that he won't talk much about this movie anymore and he would revisit Infinity War, just to end up doing the opposite.

13:00 Id like to point out parking illegally was a joke in SPACE BALLS. Yes Rian Johnson intentionally or not took a joke from a STAR WARS PAORDY and turned it into a serious plot point

“Force voice chat” is the best way I have heard anyone describe Kylo and Rey’s little conversations across the galaxy.

You know what’s makes Phasma’s whole thing worse?

There was a deleted scene that actually gave Phasma some sort of character, something about her that made her more than just “generic boba fett looking general.”

They should’ve just combined Rey and Finns story, have a stormtrooper who defects from the first orders whose sole mission is to find the family they lost when they were kidnapped, only to find out their parents sold them off to the first order for cash or something

Fun fact: Luke dying was not scripted. Mark Hamill actually created a Force hologram and became one with the living Force, and Rian Johnson thought it was incredible and kept it in the movie.

That Finn sacrifice was the main thing that pissed me off, I was so stressed during that scene when I saw it the first time because I thought they genuinely had the balls to kill a main character in the second movie

"Save what we love and not fight what we hate" would've been a good arc for Finn if they gave him something about liberating the Stormtroopers and giving him a seething hatred for the first order.
