  Subhanallah. This man is truly upon his fitrah. The shaitan attacks his internal compass guiding him home. Nobody else but the Accursed Devil would say "there must be something you are overlooking, surely this cannot be it, surely you will not enter the hellfire. Surely. Surely.". Furthermore, look at the way this man struggles. His guilt and shame confine him, and are a source of pain to him. "22 years I've lived a life not of Islam". Is it not for this reason, O Abd-Allah, that He, the Most Merciful, the Most Forgiving, wipes away all your 22 years of sin, and keeps your good deeds, designating you the purest of all humankind in that instant? Brother, if you are reading this. Firstly, assalamu'alaikum to you. Secondly. As Jibreel said to Muhammad SAW. As Allah says to the believer. Be not afraid. What you have gone through in life supports you in bringing you to this day of Ultimate Submission To Your Lord, not something that takes you away. Indeed, the heart which is destined for guidance will not be denied its Islam, no matter how much your mind tampers. May death not find you until your heart and tongue say shahadah, and your Creator, your Master, is pleased with you. I will be praying Qiyam ul-Layl for you, and InshaAllah, I will pray Tahajjud for you as well (both are forms of voluntary night prayers which are deeply beloved to your Creator), and I hope you pray to Him for guidance as well. All shortcomings are nothing, utterly nothing, absolutely nothing at all, in the face of a man who truly submits to his Master, and accepts Him as his Lord, and calls upon Him to accept him as His servant. The devil's entire existence is a conspiracy in preventing it. I see sincerity, humility, strength, and faith, as well as intelligence, buried deep inside you (intelligence perhaps not so deeply buried lol), and I have firm belief in my God and your God, that He will guide you. And He knows best. Has He not been immensely merciful to you, despite your lack of Islam? Has He not brought ease after your hardships of the past? Would He not see the light in you? Muster your courage, and have faith. La ilaha illa ant, inni kuntu minadh-dhalimeen. I'm praying for you, as are the rest of your brothers and sisters in-waiting. May He, the Turner of Hearts, the Faciliator, the Opener, make it easy upon you, O Brother. Ameen.

  By the way if you see a 9 yr old from Denmark/Sweden/Finland and then see a 9yr old African or Arabian girl you&apos;d see how different climates affect maturity and appearance. Warmer climates induce earlier puberty (I am a doctor and this was written in a european text) and girls can start puberty at 8 in hot regions and may not even start menses at 14 in cold climates. Men can start around 10 in hot climates and around 14 in cold climates.

  A clear proof of Islam and its reliability. One of the reasons why i chose Islam as the religion of truth. Preservation is a key prerequisite to a divine path. Simple as that.
