  I love how the tiny home has turned out. You could get a rolling cart for the toaster and microwave. The America flag has be my favorite piece of decor. Proud Marine wife and sister-in-law here.

  Holly you’ve done a great job and I’m so happy that you have your mom living next to you ❣️<br>I’m now 69 and recently caught Covid that caused me to pass out one night after I went to the bathroom so that caused me to fall and break my ankle. &nbsp;Well it’s been so difficult and I’m still recuperating so I’m suggesting that you all make the time to discuss how to prepare her home for any unexpected event. &nbsp;Firstly, consider your husband building ramps front and back no more than 30 degrees. &nbsp;Maybe consider a shed be ready for the items to come.

  I’m 70 and would burn myself getting anything out of that microwave so low down. Maybe just for the video but I’d get rid of any countertop decor and put the microwave and toaster somewhere more practical.i know it’ll be nice for your mom to be close to you

  You could put a sturdy wood shelf above where the microwave and toaster are now at your mom’s eye level so she won’t have to bend down. Too bad you didn’t put the sink under the kitchen window for a view for her to look out it also would have freed up her island for eating and prep work or for using for foods when having a gathering to serve from I personally do not like sinks ever in the island only under windows like they always were I hope this trend stops soon.
