  OK KRIS...I have a little something for you...<br><br>When you get a migraine and are using those &quot;cold condoms&quot;, if you can&apos;t get to the bathroom have Caleb bring you a big bucket of hot as you can handle water and put your feet in it. <br><br>The migraine could be from excess blood in your brain... So what this does is opens up all the blood vessels in your feet, which will draw the excess blood away from your brain... And then the &quot;cold condom&quot; will help reduce the inflammation in your brain. <br><br>But it&apos;s best to do it in a bathtub full of water line up to your knees, it has the most effect that way.<br><br>This is called Aqua Therapy... And it&apos;s definitely helped me with migraines. It doesn&apos;t ALWAYS completely remove them... But it can definitely give some relief.

  On a road trip to the beach in my boyfriend’s brand new car, my daughter started her period. She was humiliated, I was stressed and insisted I would get his leather treated and cleaned. My boyfriend shrugged and said, “These things happen, no biggie.” Then he went into the gas station and got her a candy bar. He patted her shoulder and said, “it’s going to be okay.” I knew in that moment that he was the man of my dreams and the best guy out there. It was so kind and sweet. Instead of worrying about the car, he showed genuine compassion.

  It’s not drugs, it’s mania. She’s manic, and off her meds. Her parents and family were terrible. Her handlers poisoned her with too many meds. She was forced to perform, essentially trafficked. Now she has no one, because no one can be trusted to have her best interest in mind. Everyone wants to take advantage of her. It’s super sad, and a lot of it is OUR fault, too. Society drove Britney crazy with constant media pressure. Imagine having severe mental illness, and the entire internet telling you that you’re a clone and not really who you are for YEARS. It’s horrific. And we’re still putting her under a microscope. I’m guilty of it, too. We all suck.

  Speaking of choking, I was a 911 Operator for 22 years. &nbsp;I vividly remember a father called in reporting his 3 year old son was choking on a rubber ball. &nbsp;The father and mother followed ALL of my instructions. &nbsp;The child went unconscious then cardiac arrest but they never stopped CPR. &nbsp;The boy was intubated at the hospital and the doctors weren&apos;t sure how long he went without oxygen.. &nbsp;3 weeks later he walked out of the hospital with ZERO brain damage. &nbsp;His parents saved his life! &nbsp;It was pretty cool to see how things can work out!

  I teach First Aid and CPR, and one of the most common questions is what to do if you’re choking alone.<br><br>Use a firm surface like a table, chair, or countertop positioned just above your belly button. Press your upper abdomen forcefully inward and upward against it. Repeat until the object is dislodged.<br><br>It’s not easy in the moment, but it does work.

  My biggest nightmare (currently 35) is still the thought of bleeding through on someone&apos;s car seat. In high school, I had white shorts... was a heavy bleeder.... asked my MALE English teacher for the restroom and wasn&apos;t allowed to go. I had to wait until everyone left the room so I could &nbsp;ask my teacher for cleaning supplies. That chair looked like a murder scene and I&apos;ve been traumatized ever since.

We are 40 now and if anyone doesn’t know that he has a fake eye, to mess with them, he’ll casually pull out his car keys and tap on his fake eye. It is SOOO FREAKY hearing that hard tapping on something that should not have that sound!!! Still gets me to this day. We went to school together since 2nd grade in a class of 32 people. High school sweethearts.
