  You two were cracking me up!! Especially the “metal tag” in the blue dog- made me feel so old!! Try going to the bins on a Tuesday (my favorite) or mon-Thurs in the morning. The vintage sweatshirt- old greasy type stains will often show up after they have been stored for a while and then washed. You can try soaking it in oxyclean but I doubt it will come out. You can always intentionally distress it and sell it as thrashed vintage. Also, check out the linens when you’re at the thrift store 😊😊

  Really fun comparison! Giving the bins and the regular store the same one-hour window made this a lot more interesting than just comparing the hauls. The bins definitely won the numbers battle this time, but that chaos is not for everybody. Would be interesting to see the rematch with the store first and the bins second like you mentioned!

  Overall you kids did good on your picks. Like your locker hats. On the spotty sweatshirt, ask Ashley? Your first instincts on  getting the white Tommy H sweater were good. I believe, being made in Hong Kong, single stitch is from the nineteen seventies. Nicole Northgarden YT channel has a simple way to fix the music box (older vid, but easy to follow)  Blank tapes VCR, cassette, music, movies, vinyl records, all the old tech is trending & has an off-grid, self-reliant following.
