  I agree. A healthy lifestyle and good eating habits are still the foundation of long-term weight maintenance. Medication can help, but it should never replace healthy habits.

  I&apos;ve seen some of my friends availing Tirz in aestethic clinics and openly promotes it on social media as if it&apos;s a beauty necessity which I find so unethical as I saw similarities with the trending use of Ozempic in the west. I also reported the page of the business that actively sells it as they seem to only care about sales and they don&apos;t even have a doctor who supervises their patients.<br><br>Watched this video for more info and clarity. I think people should be more aware of this information. Any business can claim it&apos;s safe until it&apos;s not.

  Thank you po sa info doc. &nbsp;Pre diabetic po ako obese din bago ko mag inject nagpacheck up ako lahat ng test ginawa ko po specially thyroid test bago mag tirz at mg 1 month na po 4kilos nabawas saken.. daily exercise at calorie intake &nbsp;ko 1200 lang everyday .. maganda ang tirz in a way na wala kang cravings napakasarap mag workout daily ..wala akong narrmdamn bukod sa wala lang akong gana sa food pero kmakain ako ng tama kahit pa busog un feeling basta control lang more water din .. iba makaglow lalo kung para sayo tlga yung gamot..

  Alam ko naging desperate ako sa pag papayat but I tell you it is really life changing. BUT, I really suggest na gawin mo to with the guidance of a professional kasi sa 2nd dose/week ko nag ka fever ako nang malala at nagka tonsilitis. Grabe yung panginginig ko kasi nagka hypoglycemia pala ako grabe yung low ng blood sugar ko. Kasi kahit mataba ako normal lang ang blood sugar ko, at ang ginagawa ng Tirz is pinapababa nga ang sugar diba so grabe yung effect sakin. Ang ginawa ko nag low dose ako sa recommended dose and it did good kasi food noise lang naman ang kalaban ko hindi blood sugar. I am happy and right now nakakatolerate na ang body ko. Ma swerte lang ako at hindi ako naging kwento. So, always research and follow with check-ups with labs. God bless!!!

  Aminin din naman naten na napakamahal pmunta sa mga aesthetic clinic, kaya yung mga tao sa black market bumibili pacheck up palang at pag test ng laboratory mauubos na sahod mo, plus yung gamot pa in our economy na sobrang hirap many of us specialy us that came from poor family anung ipang gagastos namin sa ganyan kaya yung iba self medication or chat gpt,

  Hi Doc! I am T2 Diabetic and Obese and I am glad to see this video. Mahal ang medication na ‘to and I’m on metformin + establishing fitness habits for 4 months already. <br><br>I hope you can also do a video about metformin and to dermatology din coz I’ve noticing good effects lately in my face. Not sure if si metformin yon. 😅

  Very helpful and informative. For ppl that diabetic and obese this tirzepetide can be prescribed but ofcourse doctor will prescribe u were u can buy in pharmacy but lets face it its expensive and for those cannot afford it, they will or search find other way to buy which is online. You cannot blame them, lets be honest finding solution when health matters this is what ppl do. The only thing i notice specially girls even they are not obese or diabetics their using this.
