  I have read a good deal of HP Lovecrafts books! I don't know where he got this about Cthulu and all the gang but maybe I can't remember. Been a long time! The first I saw "The Dunwich Horror" was in the Munich McGraw Kaserne in 1973(?) IT WAS SO CORNY WE WERE LAUGHING!!!!!!!!! This flick is damn good! OK LA instead of MA but the bayou country is more than suitable! It's worth a watch gang!!!!!!!

  A very, very good adaptation, actually an upgrade, of the original movie.  Very well done,  with great actors.  I enjoyed this very much,  Rated as an 8 or maybe 9.  Thank you for allowing me to see it for free.  Very much appreciated.  I am 71 years old and on a fixed income, so any free movies I can find is such a blessing.  God Bless.

  Very creepy.  Dean Stockwell always did great movies, starting with The Boy With Green Hair when he was a kid.
