  If someone looks in your window as described by JM, it is definitely stalking behavior and extremely disturbing. This witness is extremely disturbing.

  Miss Liealot should read the Wikipedia definition of stalking. She's wrong! There doesn't need to be a police report or the victim doing something about it. The person stalked may not even know they're being stalked.

  And when you're abused you don't go 1,000 miles to see your abuser either. You try to stay away from your abuser. It goes both ways. But Miss Liealot is biased for Hodi and that's why she is so against Travis and doesn't understand that Hodi is the real abuser and stalker!!!

  Some one please tell me why this lady is an expert witness for the defense, she has spent days and days on the stand trying to avoid answering questions by the prosecutor and ends up getting her self tangled up and falling into traps. If this was not so serious a case, her testimony would be a joke. God have mercy on her soul because she has victimized Domestic Violence Victims all over again.

  There's this concept known as "privacy"  and when a person violates that privacy in a fashion such as Jodi, then that can be known as stalking.   But, Ms. LaViolette refused to admit that Jodi was stalking Travis.   She actually says that peeping in a window and watching Travis with another woman is not stalking behavior.  This lady made a fool of herself.

  My God. She came to testify without any notes, her glasses were in her bag and now her cellphone is ringing. This is an EXPERT. The defence brought only experts🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Go go Juan Martinez. Demolish all of them. Another so called expert!!

  This woman should NOT be allowed to speak on anyone’s behalf professionally. If she does this under sworn testimony imagine what she does without scrutiny.
