  Thanks for watching everyone!! Just incase anyone interested in wrap recipe:<br>2 cups AP flour<br>1tsp salt<br>1/2 tsp baking powders<br>Whisk<br>3/4 cup warm water<br>1/4 olive oil <br>Mix by hand shaggy and then knead until smooth<br>Plastic wrap 5-30 mins<br>6-8 pieces <br>Lots of flour <br>Flat and roll

  As an info junkie, I check out the news quite closely. I see the Iran and US possible war, the Mexico on fire vibe, and all the negative news I see on TV.   I&apos;m British (from Watford, Herts) but based on Houston, Texas. &nbsp;I spent three years from April 2020 to April 2023 visiting all 89 Texas State Parks over 165 times total. &nbsp;I tell ya, Texas is definitely full of surprises. &nbsp;My favorite state park is Caprock Canyon with my second Palo Duro Canyon (both near Amarillo). &nbsp;Palo Duro is also the second-largest canyon in the country after the Grand Canyon. &nbsp;My first car camping trip was to Marfa, Big Bend National Park, Big Bend Ranch State Park, Monahan Sand Dune State Park, Davis Mountains State Park and Balmorhea State Park.

  My friend brought back a story from truck driving school that explains Texas. Also, this was a story from a guy called &apos;Cowboy&apos;, so you know it&apos;s legit. &quot;You know what the problem with Texas is? You pick up your load in the morning and drive till dinner. You&apos;re in Texas. You sleep all night, get a really early start, drive till afternoon... You&apos;re still in Texas. You down again, wake up at 9pm to beat the traffic, and drive all night, drivin&apos; drivin&apos; drivin&apos;, and stop for breakfast. Holy SH**! You&apos;re still in Texas!&quot; Or some level of that. Some of the details of the story are probably still in Texas.

  I get such a kick out of watching you two go on these adventures!!! &nbsp;I tried going out in my RV after my husband passed away but, alone is so very lonely. &nbsp;You are blessed to have each other. &nbsp;Don&apos;t ever stop loving life, your excitement is contagious.
