  I gotta say. When I discovered "The Agony in The Garden", I started to humanize Jesus more. He is both Man and God. Both natures conflicted. Even though Jesus is God, he's also human. He struggled with being The Lamb. It wasn't like he took this burden on a whim. The agony was painful. Now when I recall this part of the Gospels, I always picture this very scene. I suppose that's the main take away I got from the discovery. Jesus wasn't just an all loving happy being. He struggled, cried, bled, and felt anger just like the rest of us.

  This scene breaks my heart every time I watch it. I cannot bear to see our Lord Jesus suffer and in such despair. Oh how I just want to hold him in my arms. But it’s not what the Father wants He came from the Father to do His will, for us all. He suffered and died for us and He rose again on the third day. He made a way for us to be saved from sin. That we have everlasting life in Heaven with Him . Amen 🙏🙏🙏

  When I think of this moment, I believe Jesus was feeling all the sins of the world that He was taking upon himself.

  I think the moment Joseph comforts Jesus can be based on Luke&apos;s account where an angel (originally, a messenger) came to strengthen Jesus.

  We can&apos;t say our God doesn&apos;t know what it&apos;s like to suffer. Every single emotion we&apos;ve felt, He&apos;s also felt, and even more so. He bore every disease, every sin, every negative emotion for us so we can have freedom. That doesn&apos;t mean we won&apos;t have trials like Jesus said, but we aren&apos;t slaves to this world because Jesus overcame it. Thank you Lord, It&apos;s beyond humbling knowing how humble our Creator is and what He went through for us. That&apos;s one of the things that shows He is the truth, no other god or religion has a suffering God, like the true Living God.
