  I was told I’m too smiley at my command too 😀Yes! A positive attitude is so important! If anyone has questions I’m a recruiter. I’ve been in the Navy 11 years. And it’s true. Good days and bad days but the Navy can definitely help you reach your goals! Great video. Consider the reserves after active duty!

  I went in 2013. You are the first person I’ve ever heard say they also had a bathroom breakdown 😂<br><br>Mannnnn, those tears and feelings were so fckn LEGIT 🤣 <br><br>(I had mine sitting on the toilet) it’s HILARIOUS now

  You should have your &quot;rate&quot; all settled before you sign the paperwork to enlist. <br>The only exception should be if you agree to being a &quot;non rate&quot; and pick a general &nbsp;catagory to specialize later. Personally do your homework picking before you sign!<br>Absolutely loved my five yesrs active duty! <br>Would I do it again? Hell yeah!

I cannot taste, I had a fever and snot is often dripping on my nose but I didn’t want to get asmoed because they’ll think it’s covid so I endured it and now graduated hooyah!

  Love this video! 2 of my brothers enlisted in the navy. One of them did the same as you &quot;one and done&quot; he hated it. But now he is in the reserves and loves that. My other brother on the hand loved it and stayed in twice as long than he needed to retire and was VERY highly ranked when he finally got out. <br>I think you&apos;re incredibly brave and such a strong woman! I appreciate your story and all you do! Your 2 years will be up before you know it! Hang in there sweetheart, you&apos;ve got this! 💕

  Honestly I think they should show your video to high school seniors, it&apos;s such a good inspiration for someone that might not be quite sure what they want to do in life, or aren&apos;t in a good situation and about to sign a bunch of student loans so they can go to college. It&apos;s refreshing to hear your point of view and kind of see that even if you aren&apos;t going to re-enlist, and there are things that weren&apos;t enjoyable at times, the experience has certainly seemed to have made an impact for the better and will set you up well when you come out of it.
