  This is a wonderful high level exposition that only someone of Cedric&apos;s background can do justice to. &nbsp;Just the simple observation about the agnosticism of Lebesgue theory &nbsp;to the source space is not often heard in elementary descriptions, nor is the uncertainty principle inherent in Fourier theory (there are MIT undegraduate courses where this is never mentioned!_) . The trajectory of French mathematics from Fourier, Borel, Lebesgue down to Yves Meyer captures an immense landscape &nbsp;of modern mathematics.

  S’il vous plaît l’Université de Rennes, on parle de Mr. Villani, achetez des trépieds, filmez avec 2/3 téléphone en 4k30fps : une vue en plongée sur la salle, une vue centrée du tableau, et une vue de côté au premier ou 2e rang. Mais évitez de bouger svp, sérieusement, ce n’est pas très PRO. Et faite un montage simple mais correcte ! Sérieusement, on parle de la chaîne de l’université de Rennes, j’imagine même pas la POV des étudiants, un gus qui marche dans l’amphi avec son téléphone… ça déconcentre d’auditoire ! Je dis ça avec bienveillance ! C’est un super coup de com’ pour l’université de Rennes… et ça se transforme en rando dans l’amphi ! 🐸🦋🎒🥾

  This is very very nice and amazing lecture. I recently watched Cédric Villani&apos;s talk for Al-Aqsa University. But this was really really wonderful. I watched with the help of subtitles. Thank you so much.
