If you think Slim may be coming to your town, hang out at the local hardware store and you may get a chance to say hello!

Slim, you segue into nature shots amazingly. Attenborough and the BBC are going to get jealous! And your choice of music is awesome!

Only thing I can say is, Slim's the best.  His travel videos are the best on YouTube.  Slim and Adventure Van Man are second to none.

Hi Slim Potatohead. To cook down means to reduce.<br>You keep the food on a medium heat (stirring occasionally) so the food doesn’t stick to the pan. Cooking down is known to chefs as reducing. The moisture in the food evaporates leaving the dish thicker and therefore concentrating the flavour. Great video, keep them coming.

A minor disaster that would send most folks heading home. &nbsp; Not our Slim. &nbsp; He just dragged out the repair kit and kept going. &nbsp; You are an inspiration to us all!

Slim, I&apos;ve lived off grid in Trapper Creek Alaska for 22 years now and I adore you and your videos!! Believe me when I say you are more helpful than you realize!!! And your camera shots and travel sure give a bit of my cabin fever a brightness!!! The music and all! Thank you Slim!!! Spaghetti &nbsp;sauce looks yummy! My mother was a traveling girl and her children went along everywhere. &nbsp;I&apos;m 60 now and miss that so much. My brothers were born in the area you&apos;re traveling now. Beautiful country there, I remember. It&apos;s so nice to see it close again.😘

Hello Slim Potatohead. I live in the hustle and bustle of the city and find your videos calming. A nice little oasis of peace.
