  This is literally my Hood!! This is the Bottomz.. West side of Columbus Ohio... <br>Yeh it&apos;s a lot of crime out here but it&apos;s also a LOT of GOOD people out here!! Life just has it&apos;s way of leading certain people down the wrong roads 💯

  A lot of the crime in Columbus is located in the Linden areas. That is according to a friend of mine who lives in Columbus.

  Columbus is 240 sq.area miles. There are over 400 neighborhoods in Columbus. You have NO IDEA there are SO many areas where it goes 24/7

  Franklinton was &quot;The Bottoms&quot; I grew up there in the 50s and 60s. &nbsp;It looked about the same back then, anything below Brehl avenue to the river , has been underwater to at least the second floor twice since 1913. I remember 1959 they took my grandmother out of her apartment on the second floor , she walked out on the porch roof and climbed into &nbsp;a boat.

  I liked listening to your thoughts on Columbus, I was born and raised here. I HAD to learn every road and freeway because my dad owned a towing business for about 35 years his business was on north 4th st and east 18th ave (Osu campus area). But I gotta say hilltop is the worst area in Columbus you almost was there at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q3ftHTi84OA&amp;t=300">5:00</a> if you would of went under that bridge, and Sullivant ave is entertaining if you want some content lol. But I would definitely visit in the summer you will see waaaay more.

  Head back to old Sullivant Ave on the west side. It&apos;s pretty bad still... Lots of Franklinton (known to us as the Bottoms), has been ravamped and property values down there in some spots, you can&apos;t get away from the low $300Ks. Thanks for checking out our city! 😊

  I taught in the LIvingston corridor, south linden, and Miller-Kelton for 15 years. &nbsp;Very, very rough areas. &nbsp;We had lockdowns all the time due to shots fired in the neighborhoods during the school day. &nbsp; In south linden it was like at least 8 times per school year.

  I grew up in Linden near Hudson. It was rough but still family oriented. Crack hit in the late 80s and it went to hell. Lots of homocides in Linden. I mostly stay away. Hilltop, Sullivant Avenue, Livingston, Main St, and others are high crime areas. In the winter, people stay inside. The summer is dangerous at night.
