  The whole concept of a supertall is stupid. The idea of buying an apartment inside a supertall as an investment instead of a place to live is beyond stupid. I shed no tears for the super-rich that get caught up in one of these.

  I wish a real human narrated these stories, I get sucked in because it’s an interesting story, then I’m out after a few minutes, we are getting dumbed down. I will read a book instead

  One huge ego trip from everyone involved. Building the tallest building in the middle of a desert is proof that the ego desire was placed before actual need.

  For the same price, Karen Bass housed 100 homeless people in tents in a parking lot for an entire year. Sewage is the gutter.

  There used to be these things called "newspapers" and "magazines".  They had human beings writing stories of manageable length.  Now we have "AI" so we have hours of B-roll that isn't really applicable, and AI spoken text that just goes on and on and on.  Worse than the worst of past propaganda.  A word tsunami.  Maybe ten times longer than it needs to be.  And ten times dumber.  Anybody can guess how impractical the BK is.  Especially the higher floors.  Why bore and turn off many viewers?
