I've used carpro 2.0 in the past but now I'm looking for a coating that has insane gloss after two coats and I'm really liking this #5 so far. At least from what i see & read about on youtube.

exhaust tips dont get overly hot as a rule. even something as simple as a ceramic detailer on your cleaned/polished tips goes a long ways towards making them clean up much easier next time.

A recent video by Bryan of Apex Auto Reconditioning emphasized the importance of applying a THICK layer of ceramic coating for the best protection. He was applying a DIY Detail coating. Other recent videos by Pan the Organizer and T.H.O.R. also touted the importance of a thick layer of coating. On the other hand, Yvan teaches that a well-applied THIN layer works best, and that's what I've done. It's confusing when experts differ so much. Question: How does a thin layer work the best?

For someone that only ceramic coats a vehicle every 5 years the c6 app bottle isnt really economical. Im leaning towards the gyeon primer as it comes in a cheap small bottle.
