They stay on the phone so their handler can listen and coach them how to answer questions. Sometimes they are using ear buds to be discrete. This lady with the 2 phones is pure gold.

I worked for a bank , we all have a training on " documents and IDs" , frauds , and more ...cops are contacted to arrest someone not to prove the fraud.
