Seems like "bang, thump thump thump" at 65mph seems like a great reason to abort at low speed. If something went wrong with a tire, better not to put it in the air and force yourself to land on the damaged tire.

It's pretty insane just how much bad communication amplified this relatively small problem. Clearly more of the industry should watch these videos so they know the importance of "Aviate, Navigate and Communicate" :)

I'm always so impressed with the actions of the cabin crews. I can't recall a story where the actions of the cabin crew hindered survival. <br><br>I think of them not as waiters, but as first responders who happen to give you snacks on occasion.
