  Hey Brother,<br><br>I had a heart attack three months ago. Overweight at 33.5+ bmi, <br>I was 5’6 at 112kg. <br><br>Had to make a life style change, tried staying active eating healthier and tried 2 workout sessions in a day while watching your videos to keep motivated and entertained.<br><br>Cycled and Lifted weights daily and now im at 87kg. Hope to reach the 70’s soon<br><br>Thanks man!

  My wife and I just visited Oliphant&apos;s, and honestly there is something so special to a space where you can tell the community cares so much to maintain its integrity.<br>Just witnessing the weights, the simplicity, the quiet serenity of people dedicated to their fitness. There is something so genuinely specially to a gym that won&apos;t bend to the main stream and maintains their core. My short experience with Oliphant&apos;s really inspired me and I feel lucky to have visited!
