  Bryan, loved hearing your experience. I did not know you did vlogs in Vietnam before. Very cool!! I had plans to move to Vn too, I stayed there for 8 months and had to head back to Canada. I missed home way too much 😅 I totally understand what you are saying 🥲

  Before you move to any new country you need to learn the systems, healthcare, visa, accomendation, opportunity, banking, ect. It will help tremendously &nbsp;to know someone local there you can trust to share the tips. Once you have all this in place your life will b much happier. &quot;clean toilet, foog pricing, etc&quot; where did you stay? You can live in a luxury condo for $600-700 and food for $300-500 a monthy very comfortably.

  He&apos;s right. My one-bedroom in North Vancouver was ~$800 in the early 2000s. Moved back to Jeju in 2007 after time in Thailand and Japan. Can&apos;t imagine returning to Vancouver now. It was dreamy in &apos;91 after uni—we could work, play, and actually enjoy our youth. Got trapped in Toronto during COVID lockdowns. Nightmare. Left Canada for good. Thinking of moving to Vietnam next year.

  The key is not moving to Asia or SẼ Asia permanently….just live there half of the year and the other half in the states or Canada if you’re from there.
