It's absolutely amazing to consider that you can do this 2 night trip with the travel, accommodation, excursions, attractions,food and T-shirt for less than £300 each and yet it can cost you more to travel overnight on the Caledonian sleeper train. Thanks for the amazing insight into what you can achieve on a budget, fantastic video☺

In the Netherlands we have "Vrienden op de fiets": you can stay at the house of a local if you arrive on a bike or on foot. A bed and breakfast is only € 27,50 a night per person.

I loved this video - it's exactly the kind of trip I would do, on a very limited budget. It actually can be just as enjoyable as a no expenses spared trip, which can sometimes make one lazy, with unlimited food and luxury accommodation. Thanks again, Steve and Alicja.
