  Out of all moments in the comic that they cut from the movie this was one l wished they kept.<br><br><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prUrSFhRG9E&amp;t=5432">1:30:32</a> - <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=prUrSFhRG9E&amp;t=5478">1:31:18</a><br><br>Felt more satisfying to watch Jason destroy the Joker psychologically than physically.

  When Young boy Jason Todd was stealing tires from the Batmobile and was caught by Batman and was dropped of at a reform school which turns out to be training people to become criminals after Batman rescued Jason and because of his skills he trained him to become the new Robin when Jason finds out about his long-lost mother shelia Haywood he reunites with her until Joker came along uses Sheila lures them in a warehouse beats Robin up with a crowbar his goons tied Sheila up to a pole and leaves them locked in the warehouse with a time bomb inside. By the time Batman got there the bomb exploded and killed Jason and his mom. He was heartbroken and blames himself for not saving him. Years later superboy prime punched a hole in the timestream causing the reality warp effects to bring Jason back to life he broke out of his coffin and dug out of his grave. He was badly damaged and suffers from a bad case of amnesia found by Talia and was taken to Ra’s al Ghul he pushes Jason into the Lazarus pit healing his mind body and health but also darkens his soul personality and heart. Returning to Gotham Jason finds out that Batman didn’t killed joker to avenge his death. Deciding to get revenge on joker and Batman dons a red helmet and a blade using his killer’s former identity Jason resurfaces the new killer vigilante red hood.

  His name is Jason Todd. A lot of people say he&apos;s crazy. Like, say the entire staff of Arkham Asylum. Maybe they&apos;re right. I&apos;m hardly in a position to judge. Anyone. But as he pops out of his disguise--blows my chain off my ball--and gives me my bow and quiver? Let&apos;s just say Red Hood is my kind of crazy!

  The Return of Jason Todd - After being murdered by the Joker in Jim Starlin’s late 1980’s arc “Death in the Family”, Jason Todd aka the second Robin the Boy Wonder was officially introduced back in Batman’s mainstream comics continuity as the new Red Hood in Judd Winick’s 2005-2006 series “Under the Hood”. Jason Todd’s supernatural return is presented in Winick’s one shot &apos;The Return of Jason Todd&apos;, published in 2006&apos;s Batman Annual #25 and illustrated by Shane Davis, Mark Morales, Alex Sinclair, and Travis Lanham. <br>The issue begins with recounting Jason&apos;s death by Joker. But now time is more fluid than believed when Superboy Prime, filled with rage, punched holes into the timeline (during ‘Infinite Crisis’) sending ripples that would alter historical events, such as the death of Jason Todd, which was never supposed to happen. Six months after, Superboy Prime&apos;s effects kick in: Jason Todd comes back to life, awaking in his coffin screaming for Batman to save him. Jason claws out of his pine box in the pouring rain, walks 12.5 miles and collapses, where he is found and taken to the hospital. The doctors surprised he is alive at all, Jason falls into a coma and the police cannot find any records or connections to Bruce Wayne or anyone. <br>The story jumps to a year later, where Todd is labeled in a vegetative state as John Doe in a convalescent home. Yet he escapes and survives on the streets for another calendar year. After his &apos;Robin&apos; instincts kick in and he fights a familiar thug in an alley, he is discovered and word gets back to Talia al Ghul, daughter to international terrorist Ra’s al Ghul. Talia takes him in and, although his combative skills are still strong after a year of being her student, his body and language skills are damaged. As Ra&apos;s believes she is wasting her time and goes to rejuvenate himself in his Lazarus Pit, Talia kicks Jason in the pit as well. In pain, Jason emerges with all of his memories back. Escaping from Ra&apos;s wrath, Talia sends Jason away with a bag and the message to not contact Bruce and he is unavenged. Going to a safe location, Jason recalls the search for his mother, her betrayal, Joker and his apparent death. But now he learns that Bruce did not kill Joker and that he is still alive. From the effects of the Lazarus Pit to the disappointment in Batman, Jason trained his mind and body once more to become the Red Hood; his mortality standing in between him and Batman.

  ...Just realized this story takes place after ANOTHER of Bruce&apos;s kids died--because of Black Mask. &nbsp;Can&apos;t help thinking there&apos;d be an interesting angle to explore there. &nbsp;The timing of this crashout is too &nbsp;impeccable, and the secondary target, Black Mask, might not be so coincidental.
