  That "hunter becomes the hunted" is definitely a reference to that one hallucination in the Fooliganz storyline where you are dressed in colorful 1700s clothing and hunts a huge rabbit with a musket

  You missed the sewer blueprints giving you a map and guide in the sewer, and Paige helps if you have the terrorbite. If you have the garment factory, then Jodi helps, and with the agency Amani helps, if you own all 3 then a helper will be selected at random. The setup mission that takes place inside a re used garment factory will be your own one, as your unlocked gold trophies will be on the main desk in that setup mission.
