  Ten years ago I met my Filipina angel she was and is so beautiful I fall in love everyday with her I am British and have now been living in the Philippines for the past two years she is my strength my life and her family have always been there for us never have they asked me for anything but obviously I have no problem in helping my health has improved given up smoking and drinking just loving the culture ❤

  What I think foreigners need to understand. &nbsp;In the Philippines you meet a city girl shes more worldly, probably dated a guy or three possibly foreigners and they&apos;re looking for a good time and for you to pick up the check. <br><br>Girls from the provinces are a lot more sheltered but ready to move full steam ahead as when you date a province girl you arent only dating her, you&apos;re dating the whole family sometimes even the entire village. &nbsp;A foreign husband is often seen as a way to secure her entire familys future.

  If a Filipina (especially in the province) invites you to her home to meet her family, then she probably has serious intentions for you. &nbsp;Do not accept her invite if you are not ready for &quot;I love you&quot; or talk about marriage. &nbsp;If you want more time to get to know her, then offer to meet her in a nearby city instead. &nbsp;Some may consider it an embarrassment to have a foreign man come visit the family without making any commitment.
