  I want to add that you have done so much to strengthen my faith in humanity's ability to take care of the earth.  As I'm getting ready to leave, it's wonderful to know I'm leaving the earth to people like you who respect the environment.  I feel so much better!

  Ok guys…just WOW!  I don’t think I quit smiling this whole video. My face is sore! And so many giggles! You guys are freakin HILARIOUS. I’m so incredibly happy you guys got to do this. I am obsessed with watching and reading about canoe trips in the north. So to have my favorite YouTube couple of all take a trip on the freakin Yukon river..can’t get any better than that. We could feel what you guys felt being out there…and that’s not easy to do. You immersed us right there with you ..even in the water filled old town after five finger! Holy crap that was a bit scary!  What an accomplishment you two! And the music and cinematography was beyond perfect. Diesel looked like he absolutely loved it.  I had tears streaming down my face with the words at the end, with the perfect background song…and then I bawled like a baby with the dedication to Matthew and Stacey ..you guys rock. They would be so proud! As we all are! Never stop the adventure…never give up exploring the way of the roads…and rivers now!

  Pancakes: you can get dried, powdered shortening to use in lieu of butter or oil. A shallower pan or pot lid helps. Maple syrup on oatmeal tastes great. You can also get dried eggs/Mexican eggs to scramble.

  Nancy, Colorado, 82 years old.  This trip has been wonderful, especially when I'm dry lol.  I did a lot of canoeing back in the 60s.  I want to say sit in the bottom of the canoe in rapids and kneel while paddling.  The front is usually your power, and the back is steering.  BUT things change, and you are doing so well!  You make an amazing couple.  And Diezel is a great dog.  Canoes usually float when full of water.  We used to go skinny-dipping in our canoes underwater to the boys' camp down the lake.
