  Being an American who has spent the last decade living surrounded by concrete as far as the eye can see, I can&apos;t even FATHOM how peaceful and incredible it would be to wake up and step out of a house in one of these secret valley roads, canopies creating a natural roof over the entire outdoor area, man it&apos;s so crazy to think there&apos;s people in this world that just step out into this beautiful of an environment as just part of their normal daily lives, I hope no one takes that for granted

  Kyoto never disappoints. From the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and Kifune Shrine to quiet riverside paths, every stop feels like a different side of Japan&apos;s timeless beauty.
