  📍 THE FULL 12-DAY ALBANIA ROUTE — day by day (as promised in the video)<br>Save this for your trip 👇<br><br><b>ROUTE AT A GLANCE</b><br>Tirana → Theth → Berat → Vlorë → Llogara Pass → Dhërmi → Himarë → Gjirokastër → Sarandë → Blue Eye → Ksamil &amp; Butrint → Corfu<br><br><b>DAY 1 — TIRANA</b><br>Skanderbeg Square, Bunk&apos;Art, Blloku, the Dajti Ekspres cable car, the painted apartment blocks.<br>🔗 Bunk&apos;Art tour — link in description<br><br><b>DAY 2 — TIRANA → SHKODËR → THETH</b><br>~1.5–2 hrs to Shkodër, then ~2.5–3.5 hrs up into the Albanian Alps. Aim to arrive for golden hour.<br><br><b>DAY 3 — THETH</b><br>Blue Eye of Theth, Grunas Waterfall, the Lock-in Tower, village life.<br><br><b>DAY 4 — THETH → BERAT</b><br>Long driving day, back through Shkodër. Plan nothing else.<br><br><b>DAY 5 — BERAT → VLORË</b><br>Morning in Berat: Mangalem &amp; Gorica quarters, the Gorica Bridge, Berat Castle. ~2 hrs to Vlorë, then an evening on the seafront.<br><br><b>DAY 6 — VLORË BOAT DAY</b><br>Sazan Island + Karaburun Peninsula (Grama Bay, Haxhi Ali Cave, hidden coves). Plan 5–8 hrs.<br>⚠️ Sazan landings only open June–September.<br>🔗 Boat cruise — link in description<br><br><b>DAY 7 — LLOGARA PASS → DHËRMI → HIMARË</b><br>~1 hr climb from Vlorë to the pass, ~20 min down to Dhërmi, then on to Himarë.<br>Tip: Dhërmi is packed on July/August weekends. Go midweek, or try nearby Gjipe for quieter sand.<br><br><b>DAY 8 — HIMARË → GJIROKASTËR</b><br>~2.5 hrs via Borsh. Old Bazaar, the castle (look for the 1957 US Air Force jet), the stone-roofed old town.<br><br><b>DAY 9 — GJIROKASTËR → SARANDË</b><br>~1–1.5 hrs. Promenade walk, Corfu on the horizon. This is the lightest day, so keep it as your buffer if weather delays you earlier.<br><br><b>DAY 10 — BLUE EYE + LËKURËSI CASTLE</b><br>Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër) is ~30–40 min from Sarandë. It&apos;s quietest outside midday. In the afternoon, the Butrint ruins: amphitheatre, basilica, Venetian Tower, and Ali Pasha&apos;s Castle across the channel.<br>🔗 Ksamil speedboat + Butrint tour — links in description<br><br><b>DAY 12 — SARANDË → CORFU</b><br>Ferry: 25 min (fast) to ~1.5 hrs (conventional).<br><br><b>GOOD TO KNOW</b><br>- Best window: June–September (Sazan access, calmer seas)<br>- Mountain roads can close without warning.
