  Mechanic here 28+ years experience 20+ase certified master tech. 10 years in custom and performance work..... I don't have any tips or suggestions. I think you are doing just fine without any critic help sir!! Keep at it!!

  Here's a tip from a mechanic of 10 years. Start the truck and let it all get hot and while it's idling take the bolts loose. The heat of the truck running causes the heads to slightly expand and loosen their grip on the steel bolts.

  Second time tigging?? WTH man? Of course the welds aren't perfect, takes a long time to get there, but I wouldn't have ever guessed it's your second time! I'm impressed brother.

  For bolts snapped off flush - weld a washer to the remains and then a nut to the washer. &nbsp;The washer first helps protect the work piece (head in this case) from spatter or weld.<br><br>That $600 turbo kit got REAL expensive REAL quick. &nbsp;😆

  1) cast iron manifolds are often used in turbo setups because turbos spin between 80,000 to 300,000 RPMs, and a tubular header holding up that item tends to bend and break (2) anyone who has dealt with a broken fastener should look into &quot;easy outs&quot;, which can be hammered in and its 4 points bite into what&apos;s left of the fastener when it&apos;s turned &quot;lefty loosy&quot;

  That paint job is way better looking than it has any business looking. Great job dude. Power adders are sick on a budget but I haven’t ever seen such a cheap/cool paint job look so great. Congrats dude
